The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in the proposal or statement of work we agree with you. Those project terms take precedence over anything general on this page where they conflict.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how and working files, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

The content on this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties and accept no liability for reliance on it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
